The Get Kissed Workout provides a safe, fun environment for women to get fit while learning how to kick, strike, and defend themselves.The concept is unique in that it teaches proper punching, striking and kicking form combined with basic self-defense offering a fun full-body workout. Classes are taught to fun music in a group setting to boost participation and intensity. Women of all ages and fitness levels can participate in this fun and energetic hour long class!
The creators of the Get Kissed program
Casey Etter and Thomas Bobb created the “Get Kissed” program. Together they share over 20 years of martial arts experience and have black belts in three different styles of martial arts including Taekwondo, Defensive Hapkido and Kyokushin Karate. They both continue to teach and continue to train in Taekwondo and karate today .
